Orders for the United States are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD), while orders for Australia are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD), as applicable to the selected market.

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing or product-information errors where reasonably necessary.

If a material pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before processing the order or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

4. Orders and Payment

5. Order Cancellations and Changes

However, once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

If an order can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Ruby Rebel currently ships to the United States and Australia.

Standard shipping is free on all orders to these supported markets, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Order processing times, estimated delivery times, and other shipping information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

7. Customs, Taxes and Duties

Any applicable sales taxes or similar charges presented by Ruby Rebel will be shown where required during checkout.

International shipping arrangements, including any applicable customs, import duties, taxes, or related charges, are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Customers should review the Shipping Policy before placing an order.

We will not knowingly collect customs or import charges from you unless they are presented as part of the applicable checkout or shipping arrangement.

8. Failed, Refused, and Undeliverable Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and, where reasonably required, being available to receive their order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, additional carrier or reshipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

If a parcel is returned to us or our fulfillment partner as undeliverable, please contact us so that we can determine the available options.

Orders that are lost or materially delayed in transit are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund and Return Policy.

All returns must be approved before they are sent. Customers should not return an item to an address unless that address has been provided or confirmed by Ruby Rebel as part of the return process.

For standard returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Ruby Rebel does not charge restocking fees.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so that we can review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

10. Promotions and Discount Offers

From time to time, Ruby Rebel may offer promotional discounts, bundle offers, discount codes, Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotions, or similar offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions displayed on the Site or at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Discount codes may be subject to eligibility requirements or expiration dates.

• Certain promotions may not be combined with other offers.

• Returning part of a promotional order may affect the discount originally received.

For Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotions, the lowest-priced eligible item is treated as the free item.

If items are returned and the remaining items no longer qualify for the original promotion, the refund may be recalculated based on the regular price of the items kept.

11. Shipping Protection

Where optional Shipping Protection is offered at checkout, the applicable price and availability will be displayed before purchase.

Any applicable coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, and resolution process will be governed by the Shipping Protection terms made available through the Site.

Where applicable, Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable after an order has shipped.

Shipping Protection does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
