Yes. Shipping is free on every order, to both the United States and Australia, with no minimum spend. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition with tags attached.

Some items, such as pierced jewellery, swimwear and intimates, and final sale pieces, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Yes. You can request an exchange for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. If the piece you want is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
